Oven operator — Bamberg County

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Bamberg County, South Carolina. The job is at a busy bakery. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough 3+ years on the tools preferred.
