Powder coating operator — Tippah County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Tippah County, Mississippi. The job is at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
