Your main tasks: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement 1+ years on the tools preferred.
