Production operative — Linn County

Join our team: we are hiring a production operative in Linn County, Iowa. You will be based in a packaging factory. The role involves run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; set up and start the machine as per the job card. You should have: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
