Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Greene County, North Carolina. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
