Vacancy available: crane operator (New York)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crane operator in Sullivan County, New York. You will work on a busy construction site. Day to day you will rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports. Requirements: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience.
