Immediate opening: we are hiring a trailer driver in North Ayrshire, Scotland. Ideal candidate: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements The role involves couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; present documents at weighbridges and check posts.
