Immediate opening: dough maker (Missouri)

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in DeKalb County, Missouri. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Full-time, day shift. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
