Restaurant steward — Williamson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Williamson County, Illinois. You will work at a busy restaurant. What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; check back during the meal and handle special requests; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
