Machine setter-operator — Lawrence County

Join our team: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Lawrence County, Kentucky. You will work in a CNC machine shop. You should have: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Day to day you will clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches.
