Panel technician — Midland County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel technician in Midland County, Texas. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish You will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
