Now hiring: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Clarke County, Alabama. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Day-to-day duties: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
