What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Day-to-day duties: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
