Captain waiter • Sherman County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Sherman County, Kansas. You will work in a café. Day to day you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
