Pressman — Schleicher County

Now hiring: we are hiring a pressman in Schleicher County, Texas. You will keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
