Coating plant operator — Grant County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Grant County, Nebraska. You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
