EHS coordinator • Buji, Jigawa State

Vacancy available: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Buji, Jigawa State. You will be based in a chemical processing unit. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training On a typical shift you will enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action.
