Cook wanted in Martin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Martin County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
