Site dozer operator — Jefferson County

What we are looking for: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels On the job you will handle: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
