Bread baker — Anson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Anson County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Full-time, day shift. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
