Oven operator wanted in Ohio County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Ohio County, West Virginia. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity 4+ years on the tools preferred.
