Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Mason County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy lift company. Requirements: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces On the job you will handle: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox Part-time with flexible hours.
