Vacancy available: powder coating sprayer (Arkansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Drew County, Arkansas. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
