Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in LaMoure County, North Dakota. The job is at a cake shop. You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided.
