Bread and bun maker — Golden Valley County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Golden Valley County, North Dakota. You will be based at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
