Bread baker • Scott County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Scott County, Kansas. Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Six days a week, one day off.
