Requirements: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio The role involves: • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
