Concrete placer — Cedar County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete placer in Cedar County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
