Glazing installer — Putnam County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glazing installer in Putnam County, New York. What we are looking for: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units Day to day you will read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; replace cracked or broken window panes; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
