You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife.
