Assembly operator — McDonough County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an assembly operator in McDonough County, Illinois. You will work at a busy assembly plant. Day to day you will carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away. You should have: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
