Kitchen cook — Zavala County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Zavala County, Texas. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
