Vacancy available: crane operator (Illinois)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crane operator in Bond County, Illinois. The job is at a stone quarry. You should have: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Day-to-day duties: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
