The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. We offer $19 per hour plus benefits.
