Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Adams County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
