Bread and bun maker — Sanders County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Sanders County, Montana. On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
