Lathe programmer-operator wanted in Blount County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Blount County, Tennessee. The job is in a job-work machining unit. Day to day you will write and edit G-code programs at the control; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. You should have: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Full-time, day shift.
