Pot washer — Jackson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Jackson County, West Virginia. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Six days a week, one day off.
