Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Neshoba County, Mississippi. The job is at a plant hire yard. Day-to-day duties: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
