Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Renfrewshire, Scotland. You will be based at a cake shop. You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time with occasional weekends.
