What we are looking for: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work On a typical shift you will float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; check walls for plumb and level as you go; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings.
