Die-casting operator wanted in Sandusky County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Sandusky County, Ohio. The job is on the moulding line. You should have: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling Your main tasks: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring 4+ years on the tools preferred.
