Power press operator — Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a power press operator in Washington County, New York. You will work in a sheet metal stamping unit. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout On the job you will handle: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses 3+ years on the tools preferred.
