Urgent requirement: site dozer operator (Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Charles City County, Virginia. You will be based on a road construction project. The role involves refuel the machine and record running hours; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site. You should have: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
