Rigger wanted in Colleton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rigger in Colleton County, South Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use Ideal candidate: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $2,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
