On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
