CNC mill setter-operator — Strafford County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Strafford County, New Hampshire. You will work in a toolroom. On the job you will handle: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Part-time with flexible hours.
