Sample machinist wanted in Pulaski County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sample machinist in Pulaski County, Kentucky. The job is in a small denim manufacturing unit. What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines The role involves: • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
