Quality control inspector wanted in Mercer County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Mercer County, Illinois. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. Your main tasks: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools You should have: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Willing to work rotating and night shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
