Now hiring: we are hiring an auto painter in Ottawa County, Ohio. The job is in a spray booth. On a typical shift you will apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
